For whom has this seminar been designed?
This training seminar has been organized for firm managers and owners as well as personnel who have a damage insurance representative’s license.

How much does it cost?
Completely free for members of the RCCAQ.

What does this seminar cover?
As its name indicates, it covers preventing claims, and therefore includes the laws and regulations that govern us, the representative’s obligations, the various policies and procedures that should be introduced, and professional ethics, as well as many examples and practical cases.

What is the objective of this training seminar?
At the end of this seminar, the participants will be able to prevent a number of possible claims concerning professional liability. They will be aware of the amendments made to Article 28 and will be equipped with a model complaint processing and dispute settlement policy within the scope of the new provisions introduced by the Act respecting the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier (Bill 107).

Does this seminar offer continued training credits?
Naturally, since this training session has been properly accredited by the Chambre de l’assurance de Dommages (ChAD) and the Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF), it allows offers four training credits from the two organizations.
