The current labour shortage is affecting many brokerage firms. To address this issue, the RCCAQ is taking multiple steps to help you meet your recruiting challenges. They include organizing courses (Broker 101 and Broker 102), developing a practical tool (compensation survey for brokerage firms in Quebec) and participating in job fairs geared towards students.
The RCCAQ also supports the Coalition for the Promotion of the Insurance Professions (CPPID) and its efforts to showcase our industry. Promoting the insurance sector is a great way to boost the available pool of "next-generation" workers.
To mark the launch of its annual membership campaign on March 1, the CPPID requested financial support from all industry companies; the RCCAQ urges you to read the Coalition's message.
