The insurance industry is evolving, as are its staffing needs.

Against that backdrop, and to ensure that its initiatives are aligned with the industry’s ever-changing needs, the Coalition pour une relève en assurance de dommages recently launched its new survey on the insurance industry’s staffing needs in Québec. Conducted by the SOM research firm and geared towards all industry companies, the survey will give the Coalition a clear idea as to succession-related needs and issues.

Brokerage firms are all dealing with succession issues, and it is important for the Coalition to be fully aware of their needs. The Coalition is counting on their participation.

An invitation to complete the survey online was emailed to the respondents for each company.

The Coalition will communicate the complete survey results to its members in the fall of 2022.
