New certification form: civil liability for natural gas operations

Quebec's building authority (RBQ) recently issued a civil liability certification form for parties seeking a natural gas operating permit. Until recently, the insurer was responsible for providing this document. In the future, it will be available directly on the RBQ's website.
This certificate must be obtained by all applicants seeking an operating permit for natural gas storage/distribution at each operating location.
The insurer must fill out the form and return it to the applicant. In addition to meeting the RBQ's needs, the new form facilitates the processing of natural gas permit applications.
