Industry Outlook > New survey: has CHAD been meeting your expectations?
A year after conducting a survey of its clients' perceptions and gauging their level of satisfaction with its services, Quebec's Chamber of Damage Insurance (Chambre de l’assurance de dommages/CHAD) is back with a new questionnaire designed to track its progress.
Thanks to the many respondents last year, CHAD was able to plan ahead based on this year's initiatives. For this new survey, the organization would like to track its progress towards reaching a key goal in its 2020-2023 strategic plan: to serve as the leading benchmark for professional practices. In particular, CHAD would like to verify whether its efforts over the past year have successfully reinforced the positive aspects mentioned in the 2020 survey while improving the areas that needed work.
The RCCAQ encourages all stakeholders to complete this new online survey, which should take about 15 minutes. That way, CHAD will have additional tools at its disposal to ensure high-quality client services and interactions.
Check your email because the new survey was sent out to over 15,000 potential respondents beginning on September 13. If you didn't receive the email or if you would like further information, please contact CHAD.
