During a two-hour webinar beginning at 1:00 PM on February 17 (in English) and February 24 (in French), the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) will be shedding light on two categories of documents pertaining to insurance issues in the construction industry.
The purpose of the webinar is to provide you with additional information on the CCDC’s documents, in addition to providing practical advice on key insurance matters, including insurance representative selection, the claims process and subrogation.
The following two documents will be discussed and explained in detail during the webinar: A Guide to Construction Insurance (CCDC 21-2016) and the Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC 2‑2020).
During the webinar, special emphasis will be placed on new requirements governing the following types of insurance:
