The RCCAQ's board and permanent staff met from January 14-17 to carry out a strategic planning exercise for 2020-2023. The process provided an opportunity to focus on certain areas of focus that will guide the RCCAQ's strategic initiatives over the next three years.
Topping the agenda were urgent issues concerning the next generation of brokers and various technological challenges. Since these issues are among brokers' top concerns, the RCCAQ plans to step up its activity and support brokerage firms in this regard.
