The RCCAQ's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held online via Connexion.tv on November 23, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. As you no doubt know, the AGM is a unique opportunity for our members to make their voices heard and to stay up to date on our activities. Please note that only RCCAQ members may take part in this annual event, which is being held in conjunction with our 48th annual convention. This year's theme is "The Digital Transformation, By and For Brokers".
In accordance with section 3.5 of the RCCAQ's bylaws, a notice of meeting was sent out to all members. If you would like to attend, please sign up by clicking here. Please note that there is no charge to take part in the AGM (this event is completely separate from your registration for the RCCAQ 2021 Convention activities). A few days prior to the AGM, a platform connection link will be sent out to everyone who registered. All relevant connection-related information will be provided at that time.
In preparation for the meeting, a number of useful documents are available in the members-only section* of the RCCAQ's website under "Regulatory and Administrative Documents":

Please review the above documents carefully. A number of related resolutions will be submitted for approval during the AGM.
Please also note that if you are your firm's manager or contact person, you can still designate proxy holders in the members-only section under "Voting Rights". Proxy holders are the only persons authorized to represent RCCAQ member firms and to vote on their behalf at the AGM, as applicable.
