Celebrating the client experience on November 23-24, 2016

The RCCAQ's annual convention this year will be organized around the theme of "The client experience: a guarantee of our success".

Amid all the changes reshaping our industry, we must focus on the most important aspect of our business: our clients.

  • How can we improve our clients' experience when they do business with us?
  • How can we better promote what we do?
  • How can we make our clients' lives a little easier?

These and other questions will be approached from the perspective of the client experience. 

Please save the dates: November 23-24, 2016. The event will be held at the trade and convention centre in Montreal (Palais des congrès). We will provide you with all necessary details in the coming weeks.
