Over the past few months, the RCCAQ's Board has been working closely with Michel Nadeau, managing director of the Governance Institute (IGOPP), as we review our governance structure. This process has led to a series of recommendations.
Some of these recommendations focus on the RCCAQ's bylaws. At its most recent meeting, the Board approved these changes to our bylaws; they will be submitted to a vote of the RCCAQ's membership at the annual general meeting scheduled for November 23.
To enable our members to familiarize themselves with the proposed changes, we will be carrying out a consultation. Over the next few weeks, we will be providing you with information on this process so you can take part. Please watch for our communications in this regard.
