All the information you will need for using Quebec's central registry for automobile accidents (Fichier central des sinistres automobiles/FCSA) is now available in the members-only section of our website.
You will also find claims forms and various information documents.
Each firm is subject to various requirements concerning use of the FCSA and must comply with the applicable rules. These rules are described in the materials available on our website. Brokerage firms can also be audited by the provincial auto insurers association (Groupement des assureurs automobiles/GAA). So please stay informed!
