The consultation on proposed amendments to the RCCAQ's bylaws is currently underway. Members have until September 13 to submit their comments.

 Over the past few months, RCCAQ board members have been working with Michel Nadeau, executive director of the IGOPP (lnstitute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations), with a view to enhancing our governance mechanisms. A number of the resulting recommendations will require amendments to our bylaws.

We would like our members to be able to review the proposed amendments prior to the special meeting scheduled for November 23, coinciding with the RCCAQ's annual convention, and to submit comments if they so desire. We thus decided to launch a consultation period, which will run until September 13.
