Consultation on bylaw amendments

posted on August 24, 2016

The consultation on various amendments that the RCCAQ would like to make to its bylaws is underway. Members have until September 13 to submit comments.

Following a number of working meetings and with the support of Michel Nadeau, executive director of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP), the board decided to make some changes to the RCCAQ's governance involving amendments to our bylaws.

The consultation process, which was launched to obtain our members' opinions, will run until September 13. The proposed amendments will then be submitted at a special meeting on November 23 during our annual convention.

In order to review the related documentation, please refer to the emails sent out on July 26 and August 22. Alternatively, please visit the members-only section of our website at rccaq.com, "Regulatory and Administrative Documents" section (2016).
