In connection with the board elections currently underway and with the RCCAQ's annual general meeting (set for November 8), each member firm is asked to review the list of proxy holders who will be authorized to represent the firm and vote on its behalf.
If your proxy holders still need to be designated, please update their profiles in the "Members" section of the RCCAQ's website under "Assignment of voting rights" or call Chantal Lussier at (450) 674-6258, ext. 243.
