Tying in with its digital transformation and its role as a catalyst of high-tech solutions, the RCCAQ has a longstanding interest in providing its members and the broader insurance industry with a range of safe, practical and effective tools. E-signatures fit in perfectly with this approach.

At the same time, the current public health context and the trend towards working at home have underscored how vitally important it is to make the e-signature option more widely available within brokerage firms in Quebec, particularly when it comes to improving operational efficiency and improving the client experience.

In this regard, an email was sent out this morning to all RCCAQ member firms inviting them to take part in a brief survey designed not only to gauge their appreciation and knowledge of e-signatures, but also to determine their interest in using this solution in their own firm.

Please note that the survey results will be very helpful in determining the next stages and shaping the RCCAQ’s discussions with various potential suppliers with which it may enter into partnerships.
