RCCAQ in action > Young brokers roundtable

Young brokers roundtable

posted on January 31, 2018

The RCCAQ would like to give young brokers a chance to make their voices heard. This new roundtable was implemented to facilitate discussions on the concerns and issues facing young entrepreneurs in Quebec's insurance industry.

In connection with this activity, the RCCAQ will brief participants on its lobbying efforts and the other issues it is currently working on. This will also be an opportunity to clarify 35 years of age or younger brokers' expectations regarding the RCCAQ.

Eligibility criteria:

• Be 35 years of age or younger
• Be a broker member of the RCCAQ
• Be a brokerage shareholder or owner (and RCCAQ member)
• Be professionally active and have AMF authorization to practice
• Each firm may have only one representative on the roundtable

The inaugural meeting will be held in the spring. If you are interested, please email Catherine Rioux, interim executive director, before March 30. Additional details about the time, date and place of the meeting will be provided at a later date.
