RCCAQ members, please make a note of November 23, 2021. That's the date on which our annual general meeting will be held online (3:00-5:00 PM) via Connexion.tv! A link and complete instructions will be sent out beforehand so you can log on properly. Make your voices heard and stay up to date on the RCCAQ's many initiatives!

How to sign up 

You have until November 18 at noon to sign up by clicking here. Please remember that only RCCAQ members can participate in this annual event, which will be held in conjunction with our 48^th annual convention (this year's theme is "The Digital Transformation, BY and FOR Brokers". Please note, however, that participation in the AGM is free of charge and is entirely separate from your registration for the convention activities.

Getting ready

In preparation for the AGM, documentation is available in the members-only section of the RCCAQ's website under "Regulatory and Administrative Documents".  

Please be sure to designate your firm's proxyholders under "Assigning Voting Rights". Proxyholders are the only individuals authorized to represent RCCAQ member firms and to vote on their behalf at the AGM if a vote is held.
