Our new chatbot: brokers share their opinions!

Stemming from a collaborative initiative between the RCCAQ and the insurtech firm ProNavigator, our new chatbot (an AI tool) has been tested over the past few months by a number of our member firms. The main goal is to optimize brokers’ day-to-day work procedures and processes by allowing them to ask real-time questions about insurance content.

Please note that this initiative came into being thanks to the financial support of Quebec’s French language office (Office québécois de la langue française/OQLF).

 

The chatbot’s benefits, according to our members

The chatbot is an all-in-one knowledge management system designed especially for the insurance sector. It allows brokers to:
