RCCAQ in action > Paroles de courtier: RCCAQ’s new video podcast!
In connection with its 2022-2023 membership campaign, the RCCAQ is launching a brand-new video podcast project entitled “Paroles de courtier” (In brokers’ own words)!
Originating from an idea by Bertrand Rouault, the RCCAQ’s business development director, the project took shape based on a design by the communications team.
For the inaugural edition of the podcast, four brokers generously agreed to take part and answer the questions put to them by Brigitte Guay, the RCCAQ’s director of communications and public affairs, for an “in-house” discussion!

Spanning the generations, the participants each discussed at length their history and involvement with the RCCAQ. In addition to outlining the RCCAQ’s contributions to the insurance brokerage sector, they addressed issues of current interest, the benefits of taking part and why the brokers’ “firetruck” (to quote Mr. Morin) needs to be at the ready.
Regardless of the issue—cybersecurity, taxes, legislation, government relations, access to the provincial auto claims database, the AMF (compliance burden, incentives), digital development, technology, etc.—all participants expressed the view that the RCCAQ, now nearing its 50th anniversary, is more relevant and essential than ever before.
For further information and to listen to the first episode of the podcast, sit yourself down in front of your computer screen or listen to the audio track in your vehicle! You’ll find brokers who feel passionately about their profession and who are on top of their game!
Watch out for a potential call from the RCCAQ!
Who knows, you might be the next star of a future episode of the podcast!
