Fill out the reporting form and submit it to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). For confidentiality reasons, you are advised to use your personal email address rather than your business email address.
Please email us a copy of your report for our files (denonce@rccaq.com).
In the course of its investigation, the AMF may contact you for more information or to obtain your insured's contact information. If that is the case, you are advised to request your insured's authorization before divulging any personal information.
