The RCCAQ's 2016 annual convention will be held in Montreal on November 23-24. You certainly won't want to miss this event!
The theme of this year's convention will be "The client experience: a guarantee of our success". All of the changes currently affecting our industry require us to carefully consider what is most important to us, that is, our clients. And that's exactly what we'll be doing over the two days of our convention.
So please make a note of November 23 and 24 on your calendar! The event will be held at Montreal's trade and convention centre (Palais des congrès), as well as at the Hotel Westin. We will be sending you full details on your participation over the next few weeks.
