The RCCAQ Insurance team recently surveyed clients’ satisfaction level. Once again, the products and services offered by our brokers are associated with a high degree of contentment.

The survey included questions focusing on the quality of the services provided by the RCCAQ Insurance team and our partner Wesport. “The majority of our clients are satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of our services and those offered by our partner Wesport”, said Richard Giroux, Director, RCCAQ Insurance. “Given that not a single respondent expressed dissatisfaction of any kind, it’s clear that our work is greatly appreciated. That makes us very happy,” added Mr. Giroux, who has over 35 years of experience in the brokerage insurance industry.
