RCCAQ chair Patrick Bouchard (and by extension the RCCAQ) has maintained a high visibility level in recent weeks after delivering a series of speeches at various events. These activities provide an opportunity to reaffirm the RCCAQ's priorities and to defend our members' socio-economic interests.

Last week, Mr. Bouchard spoke at a seminar organized by the Cercle des assurances IARD and attended by various insurance company representatives. Tying in with the theme of "The evolution of the insurance industry in Quebec: outlook for brokers", his speech was warmly received.

Earlier this month, Mr. Bouchard took part in the Rendez-Vous Quebec City event. In addition to delivering a speech to several brokers and people from our industry, he met with a group of students and discussed our profession with them.

On Thursday, May 19, Mr. Bouchard will be a guest speaker at the conference of the Quebec Association of Professional Financial Services Advisors (APCSF). His remarks will focus on the RCCAQ’s core mission representing the interests of its members.
