In line with current public health regulations, the RCCAQ 's regional tour is back this year with a brand new format. The new edition will be 100% online and will kick off on May 7 at 9:00 AM. To sign up, please go to the RCCAQ's dedicated webpage.

Brand new format

To mark the occasion, the RCCAQ's team has put together an impressively diverse range of content. The event will be divided into three main parts:

1. The first section will be entirely dedicated to our partners' information-packed presentations.

• Our partner National Bank of Canada will be presenting the event and will also provide expertise on the entrepreneurial funding project. This presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
  
  
• The Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce (FCCQ) will be unveiling its new program ("Un emploi en sol québécois/A job on Quebec soil"), which seeks to tackle Quebec's labour shortage. The program is designed to encourage labour market participation by immigrants in all regions of Quebec.

2. The second section will focus on networking. Small discussion groups will be formed and assigned to online rooms to discuss issues of interest to the brokerage industry. An FCCQ representative will stop by each online room to answer questions on the organization's recruitment program.

3. The third and final section will consist of a training activity (worth 2 PDUs) delivered by Bertrand Rouault on how to use the RCCAQ's flagship chatbot, a revolutionary new tool for brokers.

Specific goals

This year, the event will exclusively focus on discussions and listening to brokers' concerns. The new format aims to allow all participants to stay informed while addressing sector-related issues and finding concrete and innovative solutions to share.

To that end, follow-up on the RCCAQ's initiatives will be provided. Once the participants have entered the small groups (regional online rooms), members of the RCCAQ's board, the technology committee and the permanent staff will answer any questions you may have. Urgent challenges facing the industry will also be discussed, including technology issues, commercial insurance matters and Quebec's labour shortage.
