In last week's issue, Thompson’s World Insurance News informed its readers that the RCCAQ's 2016 convention in November will be organized around the theme of "The Client Experience: A Guarantee of Our Success!"
Thompson’s World Insurance News is Canada's premier independent news source for insurance professionals. The article in question features the following quote from RCCAQ chair Patrick Bouchard: "In terms of business strategy, firms should spotlight the role played by brokers, which includes providing value-added service to consumers so they can protect and preserve their assets."
In the article, Mr. Bouchard also notes that the RCCAQ hopes that the 2016 convention will encourage participants to reflect on how the industry will evolve in the coming years.
