Update on CHAD's professional development requirement

A number of members recently asked us what they should do about the new continuing education requirement (compliance course worth 2 PDUs) that the Chamber of Damage Insurance (ChAD) is asking all certified representatives to take.
We have not yet reached a satisfactory agreement for the RCCAQ or its members in this regard. We are therefore maintaining our position. Since certified representatives have until December 31, 2017 to complete the required course, they are advised to wait for our upcoming guidance before signing up.
