Dear RCCAQ members:

Good news! We've updated the broker-client contract as well as the consent document for gathering personal information in accordance with the new provisions of Bill 141 and Bill C-28. New forms (consent required by the AMF, revocation of client consent…) and an explanatory note have also been added so you have all the tools you need.

 As RCCAQ members, you can access these documents by going directly to the "Members" section of our website.

The broker-client contract is an important tool designed to protect you and your clients within your business relationship. Don’t hesitate to use it.
