Following the May 2022 regional tour, during which the RCCAQ met with brokers in five cities around Québec, an evaluation/satisfaction survey was sent out to all RCCAQ broker members.

This survey is designed to gather members’ comments and suggestions concerning this crucial activity.

Many RCCAQ members completed the online questionnaire. 

According to the data obtained, 92% of brokers who attended the regional tour were satisfied, while 100% said they would like to attend this type of event again in the future.

In addition, 91% of the participants said that the topics addressed fully met their expectations.

The RCCAQ would like to thank the respondents for taking the time to complete the survey.

The feedback and suggestions have been analyzed and will be highly useful as they provide valuable information on RCCAQ members’ needs. No doubt future editions of the regional tour will be even more needs-focused.

And since meeting members’ expectations is so crucial, the RCCAQ has already decided that the next regional tour will be held in April 2023 as a series of afterwork get-togethers (4-6pm), followed by a networking reception.
