Traditionally held in Quebec City, Semaine numériQC (Quebec digital week) aims to "de-silo" various digital-oriented industries. The fifth edition of this event will be held online from April 9-16. The guest speakers will discuss digital-related issues, challenges and achievements. The top 10 topics will include insurance innovation, including a presentation of the RCCAQ's chatbot for brokers.

Insurance innovation

To present the chatbot project, Martin Ouellet, sales director for ProNavigator, will be joined by Éric Manseau, the RCCAQ's executive director. Their webinar will be broadcast on April 15 and will spotlight the innovative aspects of this new platform, in addition to discussing related objectives and challenges (addressed in part thanks to the collaboration of the OQLF).

Artificial intelligence, e-commerce, smart cities, augmented reality and cybersecurity will also be on the agenda during this week-long event.
