Dear Members,

It is with some regret that I inform you that Guy Parent will be leaving his position as Executive Director of the RCCAQ.

After more than 4 years of defending the interests of insurance brokers with unwavering commitment, Mr. Parent has decided to return to the wine and spirits industry, a field he knows very well because he worked in it for several years.

Following Mr. Parent’s departure, Director of Operations Catherine Rioux will act as Interim Executive Director and will oversee operations until his successor is appointed.

To ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Parent will work until January 5, 2018 in close collaboration with the management team: Catherine Rioux, Interim Executive Director, Typhaine Letertre, Communications and Public Affairs Director, and Richard Giroux, Director, RCCAQ Insurance.

The Board of Directors and I would like to commend Mr. Parent for his many accomplishments that left their mark during his tenure at the RCCAQ.
 
We are sincerely grateful to Mr. Parent for his outstanding contribution to the development of the RCCAQ and we wish him every success in his new position.
