In a bid to address "next generation" issues, the RCCAQ is taking action and offering concrete solutions to its broker members. On October 10 in Montreal, the RCCAQ will be giving 10 firms an opportunity to take part in the interconnection program as part of a networking activity between qualified newcomers and brokers looking for candidates. 

Stemming from a partnership with the Government of Quebec and run by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, the interconnection program aims to support your talent search by giving you access to a pool of qualified professionals who are newcomers to Quebec. The RCCAQ is looking forward to testing out this formula by organizing an initial partnership activity, together with the program's team.
