Latest News > New AMF guidelines for E&O insurance holders
Over the past few years, Courmark has sent its clients' errors and omissions insurance certificates directly to the AMF at policy renewal time.
However, the AMF has asked Courmark to stop sending in these certificates on a systematic basis. The responsibility for proving that a firm indeed holds such coverage now lies with the firm and/or broker. This should be done via ClicSEQUR (AMF's online services).
In the coming weeks, firms that have not yet submitted proof of insurance via ClicSEQUR may receive a notice from the AMF urging them to do so without delay.
Please contact your Courmark broker if you have any questions in this regard.
