Latest News > Proposed amendments to the Regulation respecting the compulsory professional development of the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages (CHAD)
The RCCAQ, the Quebec Association of Direct Insurers (CADD) and the Quebec Association of Independent Claims Adjusters (AESIQ) recently expressed their disagreement to the Chamber of Damage Insurance (CHAD) concerning its proposed amendments to the compulsory professional development regulation.
The RCCAQ, the CADD and the AESIQ maintain that the current training requirements are sufficient. The proposed amendments are unnecessary in light of the current regulatory framework, which governs training and regulatory compliance.
