Cybersecurity is an increasingly important topic in the area of business risk management. This issue requires our ongoing vigilance in terms of sharing expertise with clients and protecting brokerage firms.
In early 2020, the RCCAQ, in collaboration with the Chamber of Damage Insurance (CHAD) developed the training activity entitled “Raising awareness of information security (AF1017)”.
Made up of 12 short video clips, this activity has been a great success among certified insurance professionals. It is specifically designed to raise awareness of technology security best practices. It also provides a great opportunity for participants to gain some useful knowledge for their day-to-day operations. This activity is open to all participants (non-certified professionals can also sign up).
Available in playback mode, this interactive two-hour training session is valued at two PDUs in the administration category. Participants can also complete the material at their own pace, whenever they like and as many times as they like.
