Entitled “Errors, omissions and other mishaps—and how to avoid them”, this three-hour activity is valued at one (1) PDU in the area of Compliance and two (2) PDUs in the area of Insurance techniques.

The webinar has the following objectives:

• Draw attention to the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services and the importance of complying with the Code of Ethics.

• Encourage participants to reconsider their work methods.
