The RCCAQ is offering the Leadership Circuit training, run by Soluflex, a human resources consulting firm. After obtaining a grant under the Quebec government's new job maintenance program (PACME), we are now able to provide our member firms with access to this activity free of charge.
Five training modules dealing with various HR issues will be available until December 17:
- Performance management (October 13 and 15)
- Managing difficult situations (October 20, 22, 27 and 29)
- Labour law (November 3, 10 and 12)
- Management rights (November 19/December 1 and 3)
- Change management (December 10, 15 and 17)
All sessions will be held via videoconference. Each group will have a maximum of 10 participants in order to facilitate discussions. Each module will run for one full day (9:00AM-4:30 PM, with two 15-minute coffee breaks and one 30-minute lunch break).
Using a dynamic and practical approach, the sessions will include a mixture of theory, case studies, practical exercises and scenarios.
