Marie-Josée Tessier joins the RCCAQ's network of consultants

marie-josee-tessier-1.jpgMarie-Josée Tessier is an experienced "generalist manager" with nearly 25 years of human resources experience. We are pleased to have her onboard so you can benefit from her in-depth expertise!


As a CRHA member (certified HR consultant), Marie-Josée is known for her business acumen and ability to grasp key issues, as well as for her pedagogical approach and creativity. She seeks to bring people together while developing trust-based interpersonal relationships. She is also known for her results-oriented approach and client service quality.


Prior to founding Koläb, her own HR consulting firm, Marie-Josée headed a number of HR departments. As an HR strategist and consultant, she now helps organizations to achieve their business goals by offering personalized and custom-tailored consulting services in the areas of HR and organizational development for start-ups, growth-stage companies and firms facing a variety of challenges. Her range of services include the following: welcoming and integrating new employees; running strategic planning meetings/retreats; setting up HR departments; collaboration and team working; communications; skills development; HR diagnostics/audits; training; change management; provisional workforce management; occupational health and safety (OHS) management; HR tools, including employee handbooks, policies, etc.); strategic planning; management skill reinforcement; mobilization/retention strategies; succession strategies; and tacit knowledge transfers.

Marie-Josée has an MBA for working managers, in addition to a master's degree in education management and training from the University of Sherbrooke. She also holds an OHS certificate and a bachelor's degree in business administration (HR management major).
