Members-only space: it’s all about you!

affiché le 16 mars 2022

In May 2022, all member firms will be asked to renew their official support for the RCCAQ. In the run-up to the 2022-2023 membership campaign, please be sure to update your profile in the members-only space of our website. Your RCCAQ membership is essential and enables us to represent you more effectively in our dealings with the public, regulatory organizations and lawmakers.

As the owner or contact person, you are the only person who can update your firm’s information. The more accurate the information we have on file, the better we can help you to carry out your professional role!

For the RCCAQ team, it is important for us to have the most up-to-date information on your firm, particularly during the membership campaign. Please verify the following:

  • Your business address has not changed.
  • The name of your firm’s contact person is correct.
  • His or her email address is correct.
  • We have information on file about all your branch offices, as applicable.
  • We have your logo on file to make it easier to identify you, as applicable.
  • The list of your team members (certified professionals and administrative staff) is correct.
  • You and your team members have signed up for our newsletters (Informer and Liaison+) so you don’t miss any of the latest developments.

The members-only section of our website (under the heading “Assignment of voting rights”) is also where your firm’s manager or contact person can designate your proxies prior to the annual general meeting, which is held every fall.

The members-only section also contains a wealth of information on how to improve your day-to-day business practices. For example, you can:

  • Consult the RCCAQ training activities you have signed up for.
  • View exclusive documentation on your member status, which will help you in your day-to-day operations.
  • Access the various Bipper advertising campaigns (this benefit is exclusively for RCCAQ members).
  • Review the broker/client contract.
  • Consult the RCCAQ’s regulatory and administrative documents.
  • Read various briefs submitted over the years setting out the RCCAQ’s positions on certain issues.
  • Consult various RCCAQ mission-specific documents.

Every employee of your firm (whether certified or not) is entitled to access the above information.

Do you need help accessing the members-only section or updating your profile? Have you lost your log-on information or do you need help with accessing your profile?
