The RCCAQ is unveiling a number of new features in its training offer for commercial insurance brokers. Tailored to the issues specifically facing the commercial lines, these new activities have been added in direct response to your needs.
1. To better inform you about cyber security issues, we've put together a two-hour training session on prevention and raising awareness of the risks your company faces.
2. Two workshops (3 hours each) focus on commercial insurance sales:
- Increase your sales by getting to know your clients better.
- Presenting your service offer, dealing with objections and closing the deal.
3. To support you on after-claim issues, the RCCAQ has teamed up with PYROTECH BEI to offer you four specialized training activities:
- Fire/explosion investigations-overview of NFPA 921
- Electrical systems: theory and failure modes
- Claims caused by water/moisture: everything an expert should know!
- Structural claims
Please note that the above activities are not listed in the training calendar. They will be available exclusively as private "in-house" sessions.
