Training, management & co > November will be a little brighter thanks to our training activities!
It's a fact: the month of November has a lot less daylight, which can affect many people's moods. So why not sign up for one of our training activities? There's no better way to keep your mind occupied! Whatever you happen to be interested in—condo reforms, cybersecurity, construction site insurance or business continuity plans—don't miss this opportunity to add a few more PDUs to your list of achievements! RCCAQ Training has organized the following activities so you can keep on honing your professional skills.
Co-ownership reforms – November 2, 9:00 AM-noon
The issue of changes to Quebec's Civil Code and their impacts on damage insurance (P&C) lies at the heart of this activity. Participants will be asked to reflect on these impacts in the areas of co-ownership (condos) and will gain insight into the connection between the syndicate's co-ownership insurance and that of occupants. Emphasis will be placed on providing policyholders with useful advice and information.
This course, taught by Nathalie Munik, is worth 3 PDUs in the area of insurance techniques. Sign up today!
Incident prevention and cybersecurity awareness – November 10, 1:30 PM-3:30 PM
Jean-Philippe Racine of Group CyberSwat will be the instructor for this activity, which will provide a basic introduction to cybersecurity. Participants will come away with the tools they need to reduce the risk of falling victim to hacking and/or phishing attempts. The course will also shed light on our false sense of security, in addition to hidden threats and the potential cost of cybersecurity incidents.
