Profiles of our trainers
Drawing on his successful insurance career, Mr. Bergeron oversees various commercial insurance training activities. He is also the coach for the "commercial insurance" component of the course Broker 101-102.
A lawyer specializing in insurance matters, Mr. Fortin works alongside insurance companies, brokers and policy holders.
A newly recruited member of the CyberSwat Group, Mr. Lebrun works as an information security consultant for companies of all sizes seeking security governance advice.
Ms. Munik has worked in the insurance sector for over 28 years as a broker, consultant and instructor. Holding a bachelor's degree in education, she is the coach for the "personal insurance" component of Broker 101-102.
With over 40 years of insurance sector experience, Mr. Nadeau has held a variety of management positions with direct insurers, as well as at brokerage and risk management firms. He currently works exclusively as a trainer.
CEO of the CyberSwat Group, Mr. Racine is adept at explaining cybersecurity concepts and issues to business clients. He holds a number of IT certifications.
Currently serving as the RCCAQ's business development director, Mr. Rouault has worked in the insurance sector for more than 20 years. He shares his passion for the brokerage industry by drawing on his multidisciplinary experience.
Soluflex, a consulting firm offering an array of human resource management services, has been working closely with the RCCAQ since 2020 to develop HR-related training activities. Its goal is to help brokerage firms with their various processes.
A risk management consultant, Mr. Vigneux has over 30 years of related experience. He has also developed specific expertise in the areas of insurance risk management, hazard identification/analysis, vulnerability studies and accident prevention, particularly in industrial and institutional settings.
