One of the RCCAQ's main goals is to promote the broker profession in the eyes of the public. In this regard, we regularly meet with prospective candidates at job fairs organized by CEGEPs across Quebec.
To promote the profession among students, particularly those enrolled in DEC/AEC programs, Bertrand Rouault, the RCCAQ's business development director, and Marie-Pier Proulx-Lauzon, our marketing and member experience advisor, need our members' support now more than ever. To that end, the idea was put forward to create a roster of broker member volunteers willing to assist the RCCAQ Training team during its tour* of the province's CEGEPs while discussing their professional passion and encouraging students to choose the broker profession.
