Welcome, Marie-Pier!

In May 2019, the RCCAQ team welcomed the arrival of Marie-Pier Proulx-Lauzon, our new marketing and member experience advisor. As the resource person for RCCAQ members seeking information on continuing education, Marie-Pier is here to offer her support and to answer any questions you may have. She also works closely with our business development director, Bertrand Rouault.

Marie-Pier's arrival coincides with the departure of Charlotte Leyre, who was our member services and training coordinator. Charlotte will be leaving us in late June 2019 as she sets off on an around-the-world tour!

Coming this fall

For 2019-2020, the RCCAQ team will be focusing on revamping Broker 101 and launching the Intrapreneur program. In partnership with the IADQ and the CFPR vocational training centre, the RCCAQ will be offering this interactive training activity online; it is geared towards brokers specializing in commercial insurance. Upon completion of this intensive 12-course program, brokers will have a better grasp of their business clients' realities and will be all set to optimize their sales, marketing, financial planning and digital tool management skills. This one-of-a-kind opportunity will enable participants to enhance their professional profiles by means of a specialized training attestation.
