In April, RCCAQ training will be offering a number of training activities designed to kick off the new 2022-2023 reference period. Further information is provided below:
“Successful or Unsuccessful Hiring” – April 5 (9:00-11.00 AM)
The main goal is to support brokerage firm managers and hiring managers by providing some useful recruitment tools. This activity is valued at two PDUs in the area of administration.

“The Art of Delegating” – April 7 (9:00-10:30 AM)
This brand-new 90-minute training activity will be run by the Soluflex team. Participants will earn 1.5 PDUs in the area of administration. Primarily geared towards brokerage managers in the P&C sector, the activity has the following goals:

Commercial goods insurance – April 12 (1:30-4:30 PM)
Run by Lucien Bergeron, this activity will enable commercial insurance brokers to obtain three PDUs in the area of insurance techniques.

Operating losses – April 14 (1:30-4:30 PM)
This training activity is of our most popular and is geared towards certified commercial insurance professionals. Participants will analyze basic concepts and the main forms in use. There will also be an opportunity to review the forms used for real losses. Participants will analyze two distinct products as they explore the market approaches for this type of coverage

Civil liability insurance for directors and officers – April 21 (1:30-4:30 PM)
