Upon completion of this training activity, participants will have a better practical understanding of notetaking and how important it is in connection with client files. The goal is to raise awareness of the need to jot down conversations and important details. This brand-new 90-minute training activity is run by the Soluflex team. Participants will earn 1.5 PDUs in the area of administration. The session will be geared towards insurance brokerage managers. The goals include:

• Understanding the four levels of responsibility and the importance of delegating.

This training activity is of our most popular and is geared towards certified commercial insurance professionals. Participants will analyze basic concepts and the main forms in use. There will also be an opportunity to review the forms used for real losses. Participants will analyze two distinct products as they explore the market approaches for this type of coverage.
