RCCAQ Training has organized various HR-themed activities designed to help brokerage managers in their day-to-day business, particularly as regards staff management. These activities are offered in collaboration with the team from the HR consulting firm Soluflex.
“Successful or Unsuccessful Hiring”
The main goal is to provide RCCAQ members with concrete support in dealing with recruitment issues and to give brokerage managers a set of useful tools. This activity is worth two PDUs in the area of administration.

“The Art of Delegating “
This brand-new 90-minute training activity will be run by the Soluflex team. Participants will earn 1.5 PDUs in the area of administration. Geared towards brokerage managers in the P&C sector, the activity has the following goals:
- To understand the impact of a good HR strategy on brokerage managers’ quality of life.
- To understand the four levels of responsibility and the importance of delegating.
- To understand obstacles to delegating and how to avoid them.
- To learn how to use the delegation checklist.
