Freeing ourselves from the stress of COVID-19
On September 18, Sonia Lupien spoke on the topic of "Can we free ourselves from the stress of COVID-19?" and gave brokers concrete advice for detecting signals of stress caused in particular by the COVID-19 rollercoaster. Ms. Lupien, a Ph.D. candidate in neuroscience, also shared some practical hints for managing the negative aspects of stress.
