Tools to keep your clients informed

RCCAQ members enjoy free access to two tools that summarize the steps involved in an auto insurance claim and answer your clients' most frequently asked questions. Sign in to your member profile to download these documents (made available by the GAA).

Auto insurance and the claim settlement process are two topics that consumers often wonder about. For example, why am I liable for the accident I was in? Why is my vehicle being repaired and not replaced? Can I demand that new parts be used when my car is being repaired?

To help consumers stay informed in the event of an accident or a theft, the GAA has put together two tools that summarize the various steps in the auto insurance claim process and that answer the most frequently asked questions:

2. The online claim settlement tool will provide consumers with assistance during the settlement process.
