Training, management & co > Training: CHAD embraces innovation in the area of quality control
In May 2021, the RCCAQ's training team attended the inaugural meeting of the main course providers, organized by Quebec's Chamber of Damage Insurance (CHAD). A variety of questions and topics were addressed.
During the meeting, CHAD presented its new quality management program for recognized training activities with a view to optimizing or replacing the ad hoc manual audit program. The new program, which measures certified representatives' satisfaction with recognized training activities and enables them to obtain continuing education units, was also the focus of an August 2021 presentation geared towards certified representatives.
CHAD also commissioned Lanla, a specialized research firm, to conduct an anonymous survey of certified representatives' satisfaction with various courses (participants receive a short email questionnaire once the list of attendees has been posted on the Educhad website). This way, CHAD ensures that accredited activities meet participants' expectations. The course providers are subsequently notified if any training aspects need to be modified.
The RCCAQ's training team will continue to work closely with CHAD to ensure that training activities are optimized to meet participants' criteria.
Keeping the above in mind, if you would like to hone your existing skills, we encourage you to consult our web training calendar, which provides full details on all our training activities. The list for 2021-2022 includes over 35 different activity dates!
