New features for brokers

We are committed to identifying brokers' real needs in the area of professional development. This also means that we are constantly making improvements to our training offer. Here are some new features for 2017-2018:

• The activity focusing on the broker/client contract is designed to enable participants to understand and implement the RCCAQ's broker/client contract. A revised version of this document will be available in the near future.

• The activity focusing on the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) and home insurance updates will give participants an opportunity to improve their knowledge of the IBC's recent changes to home insurance.

• We have also added one-hour real-time training sessions. This new format is very easy to fit in to your schedule!
